Future Generali India launches a new Customer Portal


State-of-the-art features to service the customers faster

Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited (FGILI), a joint venture between Future Group - the leading retailer of India, Assicurazioni Generali - a global insurance group and one of the world’s 50 largest companies* - a leading NBFC, launched a new customer portal with the objective of providing a superior digital customer experience.

The core focus of this portal is to provide convenience to our customers and offer them a simpler, intuitive and faster experience. It offers state-of-the-art features which gives the customer a snapshot of all their existing policies through a dashboard. A quick glance of the policy page provides complete details on the benefits, premium due dates, statements and ULIP customers can top up or switch funds online.

The customers can also update personal information, contact details, change nominee, update PAN card or address, get a copy of their policy and medical assessment documents and much more. All this is presented in a visually appealing and graphical manner.
