Rakesh Wadhwa:

Which organization in India, from your experience, would you consider it to be vigilant organization so far that you've seen.

George Day:

I haven't been there for two years, which is, to me, very disappointing and I look forward to getting back. But I have found, a number of organizations to be Vigilant. And the difference between vigilant and vulnerable is, pretty wide in India. So, my concern is much more about the vulnerable organizations in India that are suffering with high fixed costs, and maybe high debt loads that constrain their ability. The organizations that have demonstrated foresight have perhaps done outsourcing or invested in digital technologies to reduce their, fixed cost ratios. A lot of Indian companies have fixed costs that are too high and that reduces your adaptability and flexibility greatly.
