What would be your advice to our audience?

Marketing careers are fascinating, important. I consider marketing as first and foremost a general management function not a general management responsibility. That is as the external face of the organization. Then it's also a functional activity. But marketing as a function and as the general management responsibility will surely be dramatically changed by technology. So young people have a huge advantage in this regard. They're digital natives. They're comfortable with the technology. And I'd say for a young person this is an incredible time to enter into marketing and build your skill base around deep data analytics and artificial intelligence because that's where the future is going to be and I am excited for you because there is so much potential here. And I see this especially in India with the incredible depth of technology capability and talent, I see a very bright future for the country and for those that go into marketing.
