Future Generali India bags two honours at the 10th Annual CIO100 Awards by CIO Magazine

Future Generali India was awarded at the 10th Annual CIO100 Awards organised by CIO magazine on September 4, 2015. The Company was honoured as one of the Versatile 100 companies across India for not only being models of IT innovation and business value delivery but also being fast-responders to rapidly changing conditions in emerging markets, customer demands, and competitive threats.

The second award that the company received was the Sourcing Shogun Special Award for defining, implementing and managing relationships with service providers that clearly demonstrate best practices and that significantly contribute toward their organisation's overall success.

On this occassion, Mr. Munish Sharda, Managing Director & CEO, Future Generali Life Insurance said, "It is indeed an honour to be recognised by such a prestigious publication. In the past one year, we have upgraded our technology systems to automate a lot of processes, worked on revamping our website and set a clear roadmap for adopting technology at multiple customer and distributor touch points. Our objective is to drive a simpler and smarter agenda through digitisation/technology with process automation and providing sales with best-in-class mobility tools. We will soon be launching our revamped customer portal that will further help in simplifying the customer communication journey.
