Rakesh Wadhwa:

Most entrepreneurial businessmen face this dilemma, they get inward and invested in that idea in business. At times they miss the opportunities to pivot or don't know when to disassociate themselves from the idea if it's not working. So what's your point of view on that? How do you know when to pivot or when to move to something different in the more promising opportunity?

Arjun Malhotra:

You got to play your hand with the cards that are in your hand. You can't sit and say, I want a joker and then only I'll be able to do something. What you've got is what you've got and you want to play your hand with it. And I think that's what you've got to do. When you say pivot is you can't keep waiting for something to happen. You got to actually to look at where you are, what you're doing. Play your hand with the cards in your hand!
