Through transparency. When you talk about action learning it's actually going out there and doing a project in order to figure out about stuff or to find out about trends, to find out about economic trends to study various factors concerning the economic environment of business.

When you're talking about solutions to a problem, what is it very important is to be transparent about a particular issue which is a matter of concern for the organization. For example leakages in supply chain or a concrete issue concerning how to leverage a particular department much better to change perception and so on. So sharing the problem statement and finding a solution along with the company representatives is going to become a new way of learning
