If you were a mid level employee, what would have been your game plan to take advantage of this crisis today?

Well, I would start to look at my skills and, very clearly look at, Reskilling myself into areas which are going to become bigger and bigger and bigger. So for example, if you were a normal software developer, you would now start to look at how do I look at robotics, how would I look at, data analysis? How would I look at whole bunch of these new areas that are emerging in artificial intelligence? I would definitely go and get myself re skilled in these areas, which are going to become bigger and bigger as time goes along. And if you're in, for example, the communications industry, you would start to look at how do I use more and more technology? How do I create more and more capability In software oriented technologies, rather than hardware oriented technologies, which are going to actually take over.
