Rakesh Wadhwa:

Is it a good time for startups to start-up?

Rishad Tobaccowala:

This is a terrific time because this has been a lot of new companies and new industries get formed. Because of two reasons. One is the marketplace has changed as I've described. And the second is consumer behavior has changed and people are expecting different things. And just like after 2008, 2009, you've got to a lot of startups. So that's really good.

It's a difficult time for startups, unless you've already been funded. Okay, because what's basically happened is a lot of venture capital companies have basically become much more cautious about investing because of the environment that we're basically in. And also because they've been significantly damaged in other places.
