Ashish Tiwari:

is there any need for entrepreneurial ventures to develop the strategies for addressing digital labor in their workforce?

Vivek Puthucode:

I think that the importance of a digital labor and labor workforce being digitally skilled is extremely important. This is one of those massive challenges that we, as a society, we are going to face, right? If the generation of workforce doesn't adopt to learning and understanding digital technology then they are going to be finding very difficult to continue in workforce. As companies adopt technology, as businesses adopt technology. It's just inevitable. So the, the school curriculum, the university curriculum which are obsolete needs to change. It needs to bring digital technology into young students. The young generation, the digital natives are already born with it. They're very familiar to use apps and devices games. So they come with that mindset. The challenge comes when it comes to midstream professionals. In our demographic how do you make sure that somebody who's not used to technology learn and embrace digital.

That's the bit that governments, industries, industry associations, and technology industry, we all need to come together to provide that type of training The announcement that Microsoft made to skill 25 million people around the world impacted through this displacement that is happening because of technology. Those types of initiatives, it's not unique to Microsoft, that other companies are doing similar initiatives as well. So this is mass skilling. It's a great opportunity. So there are entrepreneurs out there who are taking advantage of this gap, right? How do you help people find skillsets in digital so they can be employable, right? A factory fitter learning about digital skills might be able to operate a digital machines in a slightly different industry, thereby extending his employability from the number of years left. So there are many great opportunities for startups, for entrepreneurs to enter this field of digital skilling. It's a great opportunity. And if we don't do it right, we'll also have a massive issue in terms of societal imbalances. the haves and have nots will be distributed on the basis of people who know technology and people are left behind.

And this digital inclusion is something that we all have to take extremely seriously. That's the next type of divide that's likely to cause major disruption if you don't get it. Right.
