So the gig economy where people are increasingly moving towards self employment and part time work, Isn't a time for corporates to start thinking of those models and do something proactively or should they just wait for things to pan out and then see how they want to respond to a new employment model going forward?
You see a lot of corporates have been trying this already. For example, when I was talking about surveys, I know some corporates who work with one of my startups who is actually using the startup and their gig economy, gig people to actually do service. Corporates are already trying, and I think they are going to do a lot more of that in the future. So they will have this in their plans that they will use the gig strategy to actually, not hire people prominently in that role.
