Claims Procedure

We at Future Generali recognise the difficulties that one faces due to an unfortunate incident in the family and understand the importance of an early claim settlement during these times. We are committed to support you in the settlement process in a simple and hassle-free manner.

Claims##Intimation

On receipt of claim intimation our officials will contact the claimant and facilitate the process of filling the claim form and also inform about all documents required to be submitted for registering the claim.

*Note – The intimation can be made to us through any of the above options. Our branch personnel will then contact you and guide you through the registration process of submitting a written intimation along with relevant documents to the nearest branch.

Documentation##Verification
  • On receipt of the claim form and supporting documents, our claim assessors will verify and scrutinise the same for adequacy.
  • In case we require any further information we would call you or intimate you via SMS or letter.
  • You may enquire about your claim status at any time by writing to us at claims.support@futuregenerali.in
Claims##Decision
  • On completion of the verification process and after receiving all required documents, we will make the final decision within 10 days and communicate the same to the claimant.
  • To ensure speedy payout we transfer the claim proceeds through direct credit to the claimant's account.
Claims Review##Committee
  • It is our endeavour to settle all genuine claims well within the regulatory framework. In case the claimant is not satisfied with the decision of the Company, they may approach our Claims Review Committee.
  • Independent Claims Review Committee is headed by Retired Justice of Mumbai High Court and senior representatives of Future Generali Life Insurance Management team.
